Specializing in personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation, Dr. Dimple Singh is a licensed physical therapist and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who serves as the President of Chesterton Physical Therapy. Dr. Singh provides expert care for a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, balance disorders, and sports-related injuries.

Dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence, Dr. Singh offers individualized treatment plans that include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education. She works closely with each patient to create a focused and effective path to recovery, with the ultimate goal of restoring function and enhancing quality of life.

After earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, Dr. Singh continued her professional development through advanced training in orthopedic therapy, manual techniques, and functional movement rehabilitation.
