I have a progressive disease and was having a flare-up and needed training on muscles that were not working as well as they used to. I had a hard time walking with my left leg dropping. Doing the light speed got me concentrating on my walking form and targeting the muscles I need to strengthen. It gave me the courage to keep walking without fear of falling. Listen to your therapist.
