Don’t miss this opportunity to take control of your back pain—
This workshop is for low back pain sufferers who are ready to heal naturally, without resorting to medications, injections, or surgery.
Muscle strains in the back occur when back muscles are overstretched or torn, and sprains happen when the ligaments supporting the spine are stretched or torn. Both can cause pain, stiffness, and difficulty moving.
Degenerative disc disease happens as the spinal discs wear down over time, which reduces cushioning between vertebrae. This can lead to chronic back pain, especially during certain movements, and may cause discomfort to spread to nearby areas.
A herniated disc occurs when one of the spinal discs ruptures or bulges, pressing on surrounding nerves. This can result in sharp, intense back pain, numbness, and pain that may radiate down the leg.
Facet joints help the spine bend and twist, but inflammation or injury to these joints can cause significant back pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. The pain is often aggravated by certain movements, such as bending or twisting.
Sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction happens when the joints connecting the spine and pelvis become misaligned or inflamed. This causes pain in the lower back and can also radiate into the hips, buttocks, or thighs, especially when walking or standing.
Spinal stenosis is a condition where the spinal canal narrows, putting pressure on the spinal cord and nerves. This results in back pain, tingling, and weakness in the lower back and legs, which may worsen with prolonged standing or walking.
